Being part of Ethos enables me to network with lots of like minded and positive people, to draw out their knowledge in areas unfamiliar such as marketing and finances to help me start up my own business and projects. My offer as a Young Leader is to help contribute to Ethos’s well being ventures such as Team Police and the Violence Reduction Unit. I hope to share my experience of surviving traumatic brain injury to help others with their mental resilience. The vast majority of my time recently has been spent taking leadership of the Team Police social media pages: all profiles have seen steady growth (profile exposure, interactions and followers) and most importantly the rate of growth is also increasing. I am excited to carry on my work with Team Police - I believe there is much work to do so that Team Police's overall outreach is increased significantly.
