Board level executive who has led large public sector organisations delivering complex services and equipment for the Ministry of Defence. Adept at building relationships at FTSE Board and Ministerial level to design strategy, negotiate tough deals, navigate the ‘political’ landscape and deliver the challenging. Used to designing and driving major change into large and small organisations and leading under pressure, be it on overseas military operations or more recently successfully addressing poorly performing public contracts. Currently, drawing upon hard won experience and personal skill, managing the pan-UK Government relationships with two strategic suppliers on behalf of the Cabinet Office.
