What Ethos Young Leaders means to me

"Before the pandemic hit, I was scheduled to take an internship but I wasn’t able to take this opportunity, so I went on to Universal Credit and endured a turbulent 2020. As the year came to a close, I was made aware of Ethos and the potential to become a Young Leader. Grasping the chance with both hands I applied and was delighted to have managed to secure a position with Ethos. The learning curve has been steep but extremely enjoyable and the raft of different projects and people make working at Ethos a joy. The dynamic between partners is brilliant and I constantly find myself engaging with kind, like- minded individuals who offer experience and guidance to push me further allowing me to absorb new skills and develop my existing ones. I have now been offered a job in local government and I am sure my experience at Ethos helped me make the right impression"
