I believe that there are a huge number of societal issues that need to be understood and dealt with in today’s world, and I think the main solution for all of these is equality. Equal representation and equal opportunities can create a much more diverse and accepting world, which could achieve a way to address issues beyond society. Since joining Ethos, I have produced a film on exercise and public health, taken part in a webinar for the National Youth Agency and am now producing a film about workplace bullying for the Quakers and Business ethical workplace group. I am very much enjoying my work, and everyone I have worked with has been supportive and welcoming.
