My whole vision of work and the seemingly invariable idea that it was something to dread has altered dramatically since joining Ethos as a Young Leader: I've felt my work has genuinely mattered. Comparing this to previous work, which I used to treat purely as trading labour for money, without any idealistic drive behind the work I was doing, it’s a night and day difference. The Wordpress website design work package for Offsite Alliance has been particularly enjoyable - it’s great to have a higher profile role and to be responsible for pushing a project forward.
