Young Leaders is a fantastic and challenging experience - full of opportunities to really embrace, learn and develop from. Taking on roles such as scrum master of young leaders has given me the opportunity to surmount exciting challenges and subsequently strengthen my skillset, including skills that might have been development areas for me previously. This has been bolstered by engagement with the Offsite Alliance work package and social media team. I really would like to get involved in more outreach to partners that could benefit myself as well as Ethos business development side of things to bring in more funds. I have a bunch of ideas to take forward in 2022.
